Kyle began his career as a chef and it was while working in fine dining resturants in Sydney and Melbourne, that he found his love for all things cheese. At one restaurant he once had a head chef remark "it's not all about the cheese you know!". It is Kyles mission to proove that life is about the cheese. He has spent several years honing his skills working for providores selling cheese but resently moved back to Newcastle from his dream job in a cheese room to help his partner with her newly opened bakery - Uprising. Kyle has decided to branch out and share his love of cheese through selling a selection of cheese and his own branded accompaniments in Newcastle next to Uprising bakery in Maryville, as well as special events varying from tastings and pairings, to dinners showcaseing cheeses in all their glory.
